What can Owners, Managers and Workers do?

The Owner manages the workspace and team. Managers can configure active fields. Workers can view field information.

A workspace has one Owner and up to five invited seats. Suspended members and unexpired pending invitations occupy seats. The Owner can invite, suspend, resume or remove teammates and create, archive or restore up to ten active fields. Invitations match the confirmed recipient email.

Scientific and source detail

Platform administrator access is separate from customer team access. Hiding a control never grants or removes server authorization.
